Refund Policy

1. Digital Product Notice
Our products are digital and usually delivered instantly after successful payment. Because access is immediate, refunds are limited and reviewed based on account activity, download activity, and abuse risk.
2. Standard Eligibility Window
Refund requests may be considered within 3 calendar days from purchase when all of the following apply:
- No downloadable files were accessed.
- Reading/consumption activity is minimal (generally under 10%).
- No policy abuse, fraud flags, or prior refund abuse exists.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Meaningful content consumption, including progress beyond threshold.
- Any completed download of paid materials.
- Chargeback threats or disputes without contacting support first.
- Abuse, account sharing, or Terms violations.
4. Discord and Add-On Entitlements
If a refund is approved, associated entitlements (including Discord access) may be revoked immediately and without further notice.
5. After 3 Days
Purchases are generally final after 3 calendar days from payment timestamp.
6. Chargebacks and Abuse Protection
We log checkout, access, download, and account events for fraud prevention and dispute defense. Abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent account restriction and denial of future service.
7. How to Request a Refund
Email support@hekax.com from your purchase email and include order details plus the reason for the request. We usually respond within 3 business days.
8. Final Determination
To the maximum extent permitted by law, refund eligibility is determined by HEKAX based on account records, policy compliance, and fraud controls.
